About Me

Hi, my name is Katie and I am a pastry chef and food allergy mom. Katie Bakes for Casey was created for my youngest son, Casey, who has a very extensive list of food allergies and FPIES. I have 20+ years experience working and teaching in professional kitchens and I wanted to bring my knowledge and love of baking and cooking to those of us who manage food allergies, intolerances and special diets due to medical reasons. I hope I can bring delicious things into your lives and remember, life is short, so eat dessert first!
